How to be Intentional: Transformative Self-Care Habits


As we step into a new month, there's no better time to prioritize self-care and cultivate habits that nurture our well-being. If you're one of the people who fell short and slacked off from their "New Year's Resolution", fear not as this is fairly common for most of our “goals” for the new year fall to the wayside by February. The gym memberships sit unused and the diet plans still not started. In year’s past I was one of these people jumping on the bandwagon and starting that diet January 1.


The good new is, it is not too late. And today is the best day to start or restart on the goals we set to transform our lives by taking on Transformative Self-Care Habits. For 2024, I have decided to take a different approach to the new year, I want to do things that feed my soul and that I find enriching.
